Once enrolled, your selected plan renews automatically until canceled. Renewal reminders arrive 7 days before billing. Cancel renewal through the customer portal; service continues through your paid period.
Hub renewal remains $120/year prepaid after the included first year. It is separate from care and is not discounted.
Optional support for an existing profile. Keep your information current and learn what to improve. Includes a monthly check, up to two supplied-content updates, a short performance summary, a 20-minute consultation and response templates.
Setup is separate. Care does not include replying to reviews, complaint handling, advertising, website SEO or unlimited edits. A separate agreement is required before enrollment.
