Support can include an agreed campaign plan, adaptations for selected channels, an approval calendar and a performance summary. We define the active campaigns, content quantities, revisions, owner approvals and reporting before a monthly arrangement begins.

The business owner handles customer service, private complaints and public review replies. Advertising spend, original artwork, new integrations, website rebuilds and urgent work require a separate scope when needed. No unlimited revisions or unearned qualifications are implied.
