VIBEWAVE PRO Page DIY or Custom

PRO Page DIY is $999 total, including Connect PRO setup and month 1, then one $99/month fee from month 2. It includes up to 3 customer-built main pages using approved layouts and campaign templates. DIY is in development; photo, section and support allowances still need confirmation. Custom components and interactives start at $2,000 under a written quote.

Custom scope and delivery

Custom projects start at $2,000. Pages, components, forms, revisions, delivery work and ongoing fees are confirmed in a written scope. Component licensing and compatibility are checked. No unlimited work or fixed 10-hour allowance is included.

A Jonny-style inquiry form with up to 8 fields: visitors review their details, then open a prefilled email draft addressed to your business and send it from their email app. Copy/save fallbacks are included. We also connect your verified payment links. Automatic email delivery, CRM storage, calendars and new checkout systems require a separate quote.

Layout checks, link checks, revisions and handover are included only as agreed in your written quote. Changes of direction and new features require a separate quote.

Basic search metadata and setup

Basic search metadata uses your confirmed business information: a page title, description, sharing image and image descriptions. It is distinct from an ongoing SEO service. Keyword research, content campaigns, search monitoring and advanced optimization require a separate confirmed scope. No ranking, indexing, traffic or lead guarantees.

Optional extras — agreed before work starts

Optional extras are quoted before work starts: additional pages and sections, custom interactions, CMS structures, additional revisions, photo work and integrations. NFC products, printing and shipping are separate.

Booking calendars, CRM connections, checkout, subscriptions, customer accounts, original artwork, photography and extensive copywriting or retouching need a custom quote. NFC products, printed signs, production and shipping are separate.

Google Profile Care & Coaching

$99/month per location · optional

Monthly profile accuracy and optimization check, up to two updates using your supplied content, a short performance summary, one 20-minute consultation and review-response templates.

You write and publish your review replies and provide customer service. We teach, consult and offer template options. Review responses, complaint handling, advertising, website search engine optimization and unlimited edits are not included.

Review Connection Setup is $49 for an existing verified profile. Full Google Business Profile Setup is $199 for one eligible profile. Physical products are separate. Google Business Profile is free; Google controls eligibility and verification. Care requires a separate agreement.
