1. Collect: Jotform ➔ Create ➔ Form. Add Name, Email and “What do you have in mind?” Settings ➔ Emails ➔ check the business recipient. Publish ➔ copy the form link.
2. Build: Send the link to VIBEWAVE ➔ request a hub button labeled “Send an inquiry.”
3. Connect & Test: Tap or scan your programmed VIBEWAVE product ➔ open the button ➔ send an agreed “TEST — DO NOT BOOK” inquiry. Check the saved response and business inbox.
