What this means
The Come Back Soon Kit gives a satisfied customer an easy way to return. It may use a booking link, a helpful update or a clearly explained offer.
A real-life example
A salon gives a great haircut. A customer taps “Book again” from the hub or follows the salon page to see new work. The salon does not need to collect a phone number just to let them follow.

Step by step
1. Start with a visit people want to repeat.
Ask whether the customer felt listened to and understood the service. Fix a problem before promoting another visit.
2. Choose the easiest way back.
For a salon, use the actual booking page and social page. A discount is optional, not the starting requirement.
3. Use a gentle invitation.
Try 'Love your look? Tap to book again or follow our work.' Let the person decide whether to use it now or find you later.
4. If you choose an offer, explain it.
State who it is for, dates, what is included and any limits. Staff should be able to honor it. Do not make a review a condition.
5. Test booking or following.
Open the hub on a phone and choose each button. If you send reminders, use only the appropriate permission and make stopping them easy through your service.
6. Review real return visits.
Use booking records or a simple question about how people found you again. Do not assume a tap identifies the person or proves a repeat sale.
How you know it worked
A satisfied customer has a working, voluntary way to book again or stay connected.
